CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Void washing silk sarees or blouses by hand or in a washing machine.
- If the saree/blouse becomes stained, promptly blot the stain with cold water.
- Never dry silk/silk cotton sarees or blouses directly under sunlight as it can cause the color to fade.
- Avoid bundling up the saree/blouse to prevent the zari/embroidery threads from tangling.
- Store the saree/blouse in a breathable cotton muslin cloth, allowing air circulation and preventing sticking when stacked.
- Do not store the saree/blouse in a plastic cover to avoid blackening of the gold zari.

DELIVERY
Dispatch: Within 3-4 days without Blouse Stitching. With "Stitched Designer Blouse" option, it will take another 10 - 12 business days. Free shipping across all products on a minimum purchase of $75 USD. International delivery time 5-7 business days.
RETURNS
IndyVogue prides itself in making sure that the product shipped to its patrons are of the highest quality & standard. We would do everything to make sure we help you in choosing the right product. If a customer wishes to return it, they will have to bear the cost of shipping the product back to IndyVogue locations in USA / India along with 5% restock fee.In the rare occasion, if you need to return an item, please send us an email to sumanab@indyvogue.com within 48 hours of the shipment being delivered with picture of any issue that you see in the item for return authorization. The patron will need to ship the item in its original packaging and will have to pay for the return shipping charge to our Fulfillment Center in Austin, TX OR Kolkata, India, whichever is convenient to the patron. But we are sure that situation will never arise.The items need to be returned within 7 days of the shipment being received else return requests will be cancelled. I want to get a saree and stitch the blouse as well. How can I send you the measurements?
A: Once you place the order with the Stitched Designer Blouse option, you will receive an order confirmation email that will contain the link to the Blouse Measurement Form . You can fill in the measurement there.

Can I send my own Blouse design?
A: We have a variety of designs for front and back necks. But in case you want your own design, just let us know after you have placed the order and we will take care of that.

I have some blouse pieces with me. Can I just stitch the blouse with you?
A: Unfortunately you only stitch the blouse with IndyVogue if you have ordered the Saree from us as well.

Where do you ship your items from?
A: Most of our items get shipped from Kolkata, India through DHL priority shipment.

How long will it take for me to receive the Saree that I just ordered?
A: If you have placed an order for Saree, we will ship it within 1 - 2 business days and it should take you another 4 - 5 business days to reach you. If you ordered the Saree with the Stitched Designer Blouse option, it will take another 4 - 5 business days to stitch the Blouse after you have submitted the Blouse Measurement Form.

How do I know the status of my order?
A: At every step in you ordering process, we will keep you informed. When you place an order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation Email", when an order is Shipped, you will receive a " Shipment Confirmation Email", when an order is Out for Delivery you will receive a text message and finally when the Order is Delivered, you will receive a "Delivery Confirmation Email" and a text message.
