- Store the saree/blouse in a breathable cotton muslin cloth, allowing air circulation and preventing sticking when stacked.

IndyVogue prides itself in making sure that the product shipped to its patrons are of the highest quality & standard. We would do everything to make sure we help you in choosing the right product.
If a customer wishes to return it, they will have to bear the cost of shipping the product back to IndyVogue locations in USA / India along with 5% restock fee.
In the rare occasion, if you need to return an item, please send us an email to sumanab@indyvogue.com within 48 hours of the shipment being delivered with picture of any issue that you see in the item for return authorization. The patron will need to ship the item in its original packaging and will have to pay for the return shipping charge to our Fulfillment Center in Austin, TX OR Kolkata, India, whichever is convenient to the patron. But we are sure that situation will never arise.The items need to be returned within 7 days of the shipment being received else return requests will be cancelled. Any custom made items like Saree with Stitched Designer Blouse OR Suites & Dresses cannot be returned.
We take utmost care when taking pictures of our products. But sometimes shades displayed across the different kind of fabrics and accessories may slightly vary from the actual color. This most likely could happen due to different settings in your monitor or viewing device like Laptop, Mobile OR Tablet. Also photos seen in different brands of same device like in an IPhone vs Samsung Galaxy might look different. I want to get a saree and also add a Stitched Designer Blouse. How can I send you the measurements?
A: Once you select the Stitched Designer Blouse from the Complete Your Look section and place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the link to our Blouse Measurement Form. Please submit your measurements there.

Can I send my own blouse design?
A: Yes. While we have a variety of ready neck designs, you can also share your own blouse design after placing the order, and our tailoring team will stitch it accordingly.

I have some blouse pieces with me. Can I just stitch the blouse with IndyVogue?
A: We only stitch blouses if you are purchasing a saree from us. Independent blouse stitching without buying a saree is not available.

What is the Minute Drape – Pre-Stitched Saree Add-on?
A: It is a convenient pre-stitched option available under Complete Your Look. When selected, our team will pre-stitch your saree so you can drape it in less than a minute. Please allow an extra 4–5 business days for stitching after you place the order.

Do you provide a Matching Petticoat?
A: Yes. You can add a Matching Petticoat from the Complete Your Look section when buying your saree.

Where do you ship your items from?
A: Most orders are shipped directly from Kolkata, India via DHL Express Priority. Some select products may also ship from our U.S. office.

How long will it take for me to receive the saree I just ordered?
A: For sarees without add-ons, we ship within 1–2 business days and delivery takes 4–5 business days. If you added Stitched Designer Blouse or Minute Drape, please allow an additional 4–5 business days for stitching before shipping.

A: All our pure silk sarees are clearly marked Silk Mark Certified, guaranteeing authenticity. The Sarees that are not pure Silk does not carry the Silk Mark Certified logo.

What if I don’t like the saree after receiving it?
A: We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Please note that custom stitched blouses, pre-stitched sarees, and matching petticoats are non-returnable.
