Customer Smile is the Greatest Treasure We Have

Trust me I have been in these business since 2014, it means that I have been churning the women entrepreneurship wheel for last 8 years. And being in the business I have met so many number of people. The customers or patrons whom I have been meeting since the inception days, even there are one time buyers who have come, bought from us one time and went away so silently. So, you see I get to meet every day different type of people and I have made some great friends out of them!
Staying in Austin and setting up a business of my own with two beautiful dotties and performing the role of a ever-alert and doting mother was also there in the basket - and trust me this is going to be a decade soon and I have been rolling with all my might.
It would not have been possible if I never had a lovely and supportive spouse, my daughters and the PATRONS like you - thanks for being there in my highs and lows.
Thick and Thin, We're Here to Win Your ❤️
You might be wondering why suddenly Sumana is so soft and sombre today. Nothing much I wanted to share my gratitude to all type of customer whom I meet every day.
Thanks for being an integral part of IndyVogue and continue to be one! We are so happy to have you all beside this long journey!
So who are the type of customers who has made my day since 2014? Let me discuss a few lines about them in my today's blog.
Customer who loves to applause always and repeat buys
These people are like my guardian angels and have always been there. I made some good friends in this sojourn and this friendship is now turned into great bondings. Thanks to these lovely souls who have been cheering me up for every small effort which I have made and they love to be with me in my highs and lows.

Customer who are the first time buyers
These are the people who come through word-of-mouth, reference, from my social channels, from online visit and various other ways to give the footfall for the first time. The first timers are like coconuts to me - they are hard from the outer side but soft from inside - so I had to be strict and dutiful with my order so that my product touches the core of their heart to win them beside me forever ❤️❤️❤️.
Customers who are there from inception
Then comes the customers who are there with IndyVogue since the day 1. Trust me I still dont know what makes them stay so strong and have the confidence on me. And I will never let that go away ever. I will like to serve them going out of the way every time I see their ping - because I know they value me as much as I value them!

The seasonal customers
They are alway around me in every season when they find I have the best collection. It might be Durga Puja or Karvachauth or may be Onam or can be Diwali.
I love these people as they are so sorted and knows who serve them the best and on which season. They are the less talk and more service people. You get to learn so much about doting entrepreneurship from them!
Customers who love to be critics
These patrons always give me a lesson every time we meet. I have perked up my game every day by learning lessons from them. It might be my shipping, rates, stitching, product and even quality at times.
Criticism is not negative you have to pull out the positivity to learn from each critic. Get to learn from them utilise their comments to understand that you serve the next patron exactly eliminating those hindrances. I love these peoples, thanks for considering me!

Customers who love to be loners
They are the buyers who have bought from us once and hardly came back to us. They have deserted us, but I still have that faint hope in my my heart that they will definitely make a comeback! And I am waiting for that day.
Wrapping up
No matter how my patrons like to shop whether it is any time of the 365 days in the calendar or in the festival times or may be just for once - I just LOVE them all! Believe me I cant stop loving you, else I will not be the doting entrepreneur which I am today! Thanks for supporting IndyVogue and Sumana!
